Remove (or reduce) blaming yourself about the past. Start with the present moment. Look at the past to see what you can learn, and then let it go. #2 Let go of the Past Fears What are the fears which bothered you in previous years. Look at them, learn from them and let them go. #3 Let go of Toxic Interactions Identify toxic people & toxic interactions from the past, and let these go. (Or start with reducing them). #4 Take long term view of things Things that really matter, take time. Take a long term view of things, with a sense of optimism. #5 Look for real solutions which comes from inside Avoid Short Cuts. Look for real solutions which come from inside and takes time to develop. #6 Start the journey Start the journey of building real resources inside yourself and really touching your own heart. #7 Be humble Don't try extra-hard to tell the world how amazing you are (or how amazing your stories are). In reality you are amazing, but as long as you are trying too hard to impress the world, you are not in touch with your really amazing sides. When you really touch your unique and amazing sides, you become quieter, your become kinder, you become more humble. #8 Maintain Boundaries Maintain Boundaries. For example, If you go to a restaurant and the food and the service is shabby, take your business elsewhere and put a complaint if required. #9 Food, Nutrition & Exercise Despite the daily stress, eat more healthy when you can. Exercise when you can. #10 Communicate with Elegance Communicate with Elegance. Let elegance touch different aspects in how you do things. What are your tips for new beginning in 2020 ?
