Develop Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions, as well as understanding of the emotions of others.
It includes 5 sub-skills
- Self Awareness
- Self Regulation
- Social Skill
The aim is to enhance our ability to be more Emotionally Intelligent,
to have Better Awareness, and to Handle day to day situations, more effectively.
This evening will be facilitated by Ashish Anand.
Ashish is a Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI, USA (Coach Training Institute) and accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
