Is it Germany or is it all over the world ? The level of customer service from corporate companies in Germany is declining and eroding fast. Recently I had a big bureaucratic mess with o2 Telefonica. They lied on the phone while trying to get the contract extended. I had to spend several hours and resources to reverse the o2 contract extension they were trying to impose.
They (o2 Telefonica) don't pick up the phone. You can spend whole afternoons caught up in their customer service voice mailing system and still not get to the service rep on the phone to discuss your issue. When they do come on the phone, they are often lying especially when it comes to contract extension topics.
After the o2 Telefonica experience, it made me wonder what is a good way to handle some of the bureaucratic nonsensical crap some of these corporate companies are inflicting on their customers.
