Have you noticed ? That there are many moments, when you feel that the future is so unpredictable and uncertain and you may start feeling stressed about it.
In a way, it's an inescapable factor about the future and it's intrinsic unpredictability, because that's how things are for all of us.
So what can be done about an unpredictable and uncertain future as such ? Here are 3 tips that I want to share.
1. Present Moment
Ground yourself in the present moment. Present moment is what we have in our hands. Right this moment. We have a choice how we spend this "now" moment. Burdened with an anxiety about a future which is
fundamentally unpredictable for everyone OR taking sensible steps in the "now" moment, to live this moment with more sensibility, joy, grace and power.
Sometimes if you find yourself getting anxious about past or future, take a few deep breaths and consciously bring yourself in the present "now" moment. And make a decision to experience it with more grace and power.
2. Feel Gratitude, You Are Above Average
If you are already contemplating on these topics and looking for ways to reduce stress and introducing more positivity in your life, then you are already above the average lot of people.
Many people are suffering from stress and negativity since years and decades without any real break from that negativity circle.
You can take a few steps back and look at things in front of you, and feel a sense of gratitude, that you have the resources and foresight to actively contemplate these important topics, and to find the resources which are helpful for you and discover your own unique solutions that bring more contentment and joy for you.
3. Reduce Media and TV
Media and TV are by nature designed to increase their reader's anxiety to keep their readers distracted and discontented, so that more useless and unnecessary services and products can be sold and more lies can be inflicted on humans moving around like puppets and zombies.
Now I am not saying that there are not many amazing, valuable exceptions to this trend. Where Media and TV can actually be a source of a lot of positive value also, but what I am saying is that it maybe helpful if you can filter out the Media and TV bits which are not truly giving you lots of positive value.
Try to reduce the media and TV and see if it starts to help you to experience more contentment. In my experience reducing media and TV can help significantly to reduce stress and increase the quality moments in our lives.
